2026 MSHA Annual Conference

Sheraton Resort and Conference Center | September 16-18, 2026

The Annual Continuing Education Conference is an exceptional opportunity for audiologists, speech-language pathologists, and students to come together and gain continuing education units, as well as network with their peers. 

The 2026 Conference will return to the Sheraton Refuge Hotel & Conference Center in Flowood, MS. This luxurious resort-style destination, situated on The Refuge Golf Course, offers a range of exquisite dining options and a sprawling outdoor pool perfect for relaxation.

Join us to learn about the latest evidence-based practices, polish your skills, improve your techniques, gain new tools and resources to advance your career, and maybe take a dip in the lazy river!

Call for Papers / Presentations
Researchers, clinicians, and industry professionals are invited to submit proposals for oral presentations and/or research poster sessions. We seek compelling, evidence-based content that advances our field through:

  • Innovative approaches and methodologies
  • Original research findings
  • Stimulating topics that generate meaningful discussion
  • Best practices that enhance clinical outcomes
  • Emerging trends and technologies in speech-language pathology and audiology

All presentation proposals should be grounded in evidence-based practice and demonstrate clear potential to positively impact patient care across various settings.  Click here to submit a presentation for consideration. The deadline to submit is June 15, 2026.

Notice on Purchase Orders
Purchase orders are accepted for registration if required by a school or university. However, they are not required or encouraged as they often delay the registration process. If you are required to issue a purchase order for registration, please e-mail the purchase order to Ryan Kelly at ryan.kelly@mymsha.org or mail it to MSHA, 43 Town Center Square, Hattiesburg, MS 39402. We will respond with an invoice, sent to the individual identified on the purchase order, as required by the district.

Notice on Cancellation
The deadline to cancel your registration with a refund is Wednesday, September 2, 2026.  Cancellations after this date will not be issued a refund.
